Business Development Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

Assess the existing business practices of the tree service or arboricultural firm and provide relevant feedback, advice, information (digital or written), or coaching as required to improve business success, with a special focus on the following business areas.

What You'll Do:

Assessment & modification of sales commission structure
Assessment & modification of sales’ or productions’ team structure
Evaluation of cost or return per man-hour (on a projected and/or realized basis), and explore ways to maximize results from the sales or production perspective.
Establishment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with a regular cadence of measurement and reporting
Recommend a structure for Recurring Service agreements including coaching as needed for sales personnel to better explain this approach to recurring services

Must Have:

Strong attention to detail
At least 5 years of experience in Forestry or Arboriculture
Strong interest in helping others
Ability to communicate effectively
